1. What is DealOnly.com about?
DealOnly.com, as the name suggests, is a popular online store that sells a selection of hard to find electronic accessories at their cheapest possible prices. Our products come in a wide variety and range from an adjustable camera tripod to a great padded electronics case, GPS accessories to a replacement part for your GPS, portable TV or eReader. Our goal is to keep bringing great deals on a daily basis for our esteemed customers.

2. Do I need to create an account in order to purchase products on DealOnly.com?
Yes, you must create an account to purchase a product. However, account creation is included in the checkout process. When prompted, simply provide your valid email address and a password of your choice to create your personal account on DealOnly.com.

3. What payment options do you accept?
Currently, we accept credit card payments and Paypal.


4. What shipping options do you have?
We ship via USPS or Fedex for our products. A flat shipping fee will be applied to each product being purchased. Presently, no other shipping options are available.

5. How can I track my order?
Once we ship your product, an email will be sent to you that will include a tracking number, if available.

6. Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship to forty-eight (48) states in the United States; NO shipping currently available for Hawaii and Alaska.

8. What if I am unsatisfied with my product?
For a defective item, please contact the manufacturer of the item to get a replacement or a better deal from them since we will probably have run out of that item at the end of the sale. However, if you still feel that you need to return the defective item to us, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for more information. Please note that you will be solely responsible for any shipping charges in returning the item to us. We do not issue any refunds for an item that you simply do not like after your purchase.
